portacabin:I messaged him for same car I bought from him and the potential buyer was with me for 3 days ready to buy. No be everybody get that kind patient. Amdman didn't reply me until after 5 days. If amdman cant work on his customer service and employ someone to attend to his WhatsApp chat, then someone else can come in to fill his weakness and make sales has he does... 5 Likes |

This exactly is where the problem lies, unlike emails where you can simply employ someone to help you manage and both of you can manage it at same time, I do not think that you can do the same with whatsapp. With whatsapp, it is just one person that can handle that account at a time. ojesymsym:he can..... He can open another WhatsApp with new number, update us here and employ someone to attend to it. Then the assistance will push serious buyers to amdman and he starts purchasing process. because we have so many time wasters disturbing him when they are still planning to buy car next year and he will keep ignoring both serious and unserious clients. He can't do that business alone at this level unless he wants to win some and lose some. He has a lot of work to do on his communication.....every potential customer needs fast reply which will give them more confidence of getting to him when they need him (since we all know his available hours due to time difference) 6 Likes |

Kai... See how you just came up with a solution. Amd, please here is a great option for you bro experiment with. A virtual assistant will help you filter serious immediate buyers from future buyers. I believe even the so called unserious ones will either be serious very soon or can refer other serious buyers. @agarawa, I admire this your very practical solution. ojesymsym: He has all amdman's contacts and strategy. All he needs is to demand upfront payment. To everyone who said "just hire an assistant", If you've ever owned a business you will know especially in this kind of setup, that is the beginning of the end. For quality control, he needs to handle it all himself until he can hire multiple people as checks and balances against each other. Even then they may still collude but if he's lucky like we've been, as long as some are good and loyal, the rest will watch their step. 5 Likes |
