barackodam:You have a point. Defending should be the first priority for a defender but you should also know that at times, A single smart pass will prevent needless interception, tackles and conceded goal. A defender without ball playing ability is like a liability nowadays. Whooping the ball anyhow will sometimes put the team in pressure. Defenders are always the first element in a build up. Those teams you mentioned are just having one of their bad games. |
