We in the diaspora are watching from afar the repercussion of this election in the lives of Common masses in Edo state...and Nigeria at large...
From the history of Nigeria politics, Naija governors usually put their best feet forward....they will do well in their first tenure so that they can appeal to the sympathy and conscience of their people to vote second in the second tenure....now that Obaseki has little or nothing to show in his first tenure, I wonder what he will do in the second tenure knowing fully well that he doesn't need your vote again...
A lot of money has been expended for this political competition and somebody somewhere have sown his time, energy, resources waiting patiently to be rewarded and be paid back for the job well done and delivered.

Someone just won an election because he came up with a political slogan, "/Edo no be lagos " not that he has done goodly to deserve another term....naija is doomed. ....we are no more voting for candidate capacity and capability, we are only voting base on political cajolery and slogan....

Anyway, edo people, enjoy your evil days ahead and I wish you ixlxl...

Are you trying to say APC is better for Edo?

Lol

Good morning my people, how are you doing? Hope you're are Ooookay...kaykaykakaykay grin grin

That's my song for today. Edo no be lagos, it can never be. We've said it here a million times. They called me ipob and all manners of names because they believe only ibos are in support of the PDP grin. Maybe oyo state won by makinde are also Igbos.

The election was about personality and not the party. Here comes the end of a political era for Oshiomhole. If ize-iyamu is wise enough he should join force with obaseki. It's our state. The Victory is for edolites.

To the lagosians, the day you sack Tinubu from politics, then you'd see true development, you'd see how much this man had run your state dry and turned same to his empire for nearly 2 decades . He sits on the money meant for the development of your state and lavished it to achieve his heinous plans in other states . You only live once, just like you only die once. What are you guys afraid of? Your destiny is in your hands guys. Hope you would change the narrative come 2023. Godfatherism is a deceit and modern day slavery. Under this arrangement, people's voice would never be heard. We had several reasons for re-electing obaseki. Imagine with the huge resources at Lagos state's disposal, your governor just wanted to commence payment of minimum wage of 30k I heard it last week, same 30k which obaseki had started paying since January this year with the limited resources edo had.

This election isn't about the party but personality. Apc, pdp, Labour, it doesnt matter. Look for a credible candidate and support him in 2023. He will win Lagos and nothing would happen. Do you guys know how much it costs to buy a private jet? Your man has 3 bought with Lagos money. Your state is rich yet living poor. Good luck guys

God bless edo state and God bless our dear country Nigeria.
. Well said broda ..... Am proud of my state ... Na so Edo no be Lagos , God bless you with this write up .... who knows if you are our next governor in Edo state after Obaseki.. stay safe broda ... #Edonobelagos*

it isn't always like that. Abode didn't have the support of his people. And dude was really corrupt so he couldn’t migrate from APC to PDP. He would have ended up behind efcc net

Brother, you are very sick. I repeat, u are very very sick. Do you reside in Lagos at all? Sanwo-Olu took his time to proceed with the projects needlessly abandoned by Ambode. Visit Ojo Local Government, Sanwo Olu in bits is doing every best to finish the abandoned projects, though a lot yet to be done.

Better leave party matter, I hate being partisan.
