ID card.. Online and offline i dont just know which one is seamless. Someone says payment online is a little complex such that you need to send mail before they send you payment link. I am not sure if that's true or false. I already started online registration but i am stuck there, i no wan do waiting go come hang as i heard they hardly reply mails.
