Colin Udoh still reports that Tobias is on the list but I think he gives that info based on the last convo he had with Rohr about the list before Tobias' latest communication with Rohr. But we will know for sure. All I know is the withdrawal came very late so that's why it is assumed by most that the lad will still make it. But today will tell.
