Yes, Nigeria has but IT IS NOT AUTOMATIC. Nigerian Govt has been known to shield high profile crooks through the back door. They can use our courts to block extradition. That was what Buruji did under OBJ govt when extradition notice was served on him, it was blocked by the courts and till he passed on, he was never extradited anywhere. Then they beef up security around themselves in case Interpol wanna try backdoor secret kidnapping arrest extradition.
