If you are the one sponsoring yourself ie self sponsor, you will provide evidence such if you are doing business your CAC certificate should be included or if you are a worker your appointment letter should be included to prove your source of income.

Since you study with English here in Nigeria, you can write or apply to your school to issue your English proficiency letter to prove that you studied in English language, with that you don't need IELTS again.

Buy Euro € from Aboki goto bank tell them you want to pay application fees or goto your bank ask of Form A that you want to pay school application fees you don't need anybody to pay fees.
