When the NBA is determined to prolong a series there's almost nothing anyone can do about it |

LeBron should better get ready for more head hitting if he's gonna face the heat.Rough and rugged takes the day once again. 1 Like |

steady986: Thats what I saw. The role players really didnt play with energy. The most active Lakers were the oldest. I understand why tho, this team is still new and still gelling. The younger players dont have that kill and go mentality... They haven't been in the league long enough to understand how hard it is to get this far, with few injuries. |

benji93: So being unable to win with an incompetent FO who surround you with a pack of bums is underachieving? That's a ridiculous notion that people need to get rid of in sports. The best player will always lose to the best team. Thats just how its works, that should always be the context. Saying LeBrons sidekicks take all the blame for his failure is being disingenuous. Kyrie went from being a future star to being put in a position to hit the biggest shot in Cleveland sport history and is now elevated into the upper echelon of guards in the league almost to the point where some people overrate him. D Wade, partly due to the two extra rings he won with LeBron is universally regarded as the third greatest SG in history. Does anyone ever throw finals losses in Wade or Kyries face? All you transbronsexuals ever scream is 3-6. AD has now gone further than he ever has, he's in a position where hes creating iconic moments like that of game 2 and a championship will be his gateway to the pantheon of great PFs since he already has a lot of the individual accolades. I see a DPOY and possibly an MVP trophy in his horizon. All these things wouldnt be possible if he was still stuck in Louisiana. Let's be objective with our criticisms rather than imbibing hackneyed jibes. 1 Like |

Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:52am On Sep 24, 2020 |
The Lakers have presented a complaint to the league about how they are officiating LeBron. Great news! He's easily the most disrespected superstar in the league when it comes to getting calls. Mans getting the Shaq treatment. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:56am On Sep 24, 2020 |
etidy: He's more than just his shooting. He has it all. Skys the limit for him. The Finals will be a great experience for him even though they're going to get swept. |

Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 12:38pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
The Lakers in the postseason are 10-0 when they shoot over 30 percent from deep. For reference, they shot 23 percent in game 3, the worst since their historically poor shooting night against the Blazers in Game 1. The Nuggets about to go 3-1 down and this time around, it's the end of the road. Your only hope to beat this Lakers team is to hope they have a poor shooting night from 3. I expect the 3 point shooting to be addressed in the off season. We need a three peat. |

WeissVonner:Green needs to go. Highly inconsistent. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:12pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
steady986: That has always been the Danny Green experience. The good news is he does better as a series progresses and I expect a big game from him today. But sadly you're right, while he plays good defense most times he just doesn't seem to be worth the headache at 15m. If only they can package him along with Kuzma and a few picks for a proper third option who can get his own shot. I know Beal is a pipe dream but anyone in his ilk will do. Perhaps a Brogdon or Oladipo. Dion just doesn't seem like he will fulfill his potential. I would also like to see them get a ruthless sniper. All or shooters are wildly Inconsistent. KCP is the only one who has cemented his place in this team so far IMO. Markieff has also been great, I hope they get him back next year. BTW I saw a rumor about Westbrook to LA and uhhh.... No thanks! |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:14pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
steady986:It's always crazy to me when people claim referees pander to LeBron, especially when I see the sort of treatment handed out to the likes of Harden and even AD. Kyle Korver put it best “It’s funny because when you’re not on LeBron’s team, you’re like ‘man! That guy get’s every call’. And then you come on his team and you’re like ‘man! That guy never gets any calls, it’s unbelievable” |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 4:28pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
Just saw another stat that game 3 was the lowest number of rebounds for the Lakers since 2006. Along with the horrible effort and poor shooting and they still almost mounted a 20 point comeback. Naah, the Nuggets are toast. |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:59pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
WeissVonner:Lmaooooooo. Shut up your mouth you flaming ignorant nonce. I'm sure you lifted that lame phrase off the interwebs. You get an E for Originality you pathetic bunch of copycats. On the bright side at least it beats the Jordansexual and Currysexual nonsense your painfully dimwitted self was trying to pass off as a comeback But when your leader himself is an MJ wannabe who copied him from the number to everything else what can be expected from the followers A40: A40: A40: What were you saying again you dyslexic crackhead? Y'all foolish Bronsexuals are the ones always with excuses about the quality of his squads. You can see that we always thought the team was good enough Your boundless stupidity is why sarcasm and banter is always lost on you. Simple minded mofo. So I have to put disclaimer in the heat of the moment on every negative banter about the Lakers. |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:23pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
WeissVonner: A40: A40: A40:It's evident. Ignorance and mind numbing stupidity is an important prerequisite to be a member of the Bronsexual cult. One of the fruits of Bronsexuality It's not my fault that you're too dim to filter rival banter from everything else. While you heauxs were whining and crying about missing on Kawhi I was here pointing out that the Lakers had enough to contend for a chip. |
Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:35pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
WeissVonner:Not going to work. I wouldn't trade Avery Bradley for him, and we can't have him and Rondo in the same team. Except he can accept to take peanuts in exchange for assurance of a ring As for Green, getting him off the roster will be a great thing for us. With 15m you can get a very good third option that can give you 18 off the bench. I don't know how possible it would be to get Zach LaVine from the Bulls. I really love what that dude is doing. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:37pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
A40: Now its "rival banter". Now it's rival banter, but as some point this clown was willing to bet his lifesavings on the Lakers not winning the championship. That too was "rival banter" huh? FOH You duplicitous sh-t! |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:44pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
steady986: Brodie is just a horrible fit. Yes, Lavine is a great option as well. Don't know if the peanuts we have will be enough for any serious moves but at this point you have to trust Lord Pelinka to have something up his sleeve. BTW, While bumbling idiots like A40 keep pedaling this narrative about LeBron being cancer and no one wanting to play with him, this is the simple truth. 1 Like

Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:56pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
Kobe made a great point. Truth is, not everyone is built for pressure. We all know why Pandemic P ran from it and we now see why Kawhi did the same. I remember LeBron saying he's happy he signed with the Clippers. These clowns hitched to the Kawhi bandwagon and proclaimed him their next saviour, and the man crashed their ship. Pelinka should have gone after Butler, he has hinted numerous times his desire to play for a LeBron team. Either way, things have a way of working themselves out. LeBron wins number 4 and gets his FMVP, then he rides the coat tails of AD and whichever free agent they swing next summer to a few more championships. He deserves it after all the carrying he's done.

A40: Oh, the transbronsexual has his feelings hurt. All those quotes prove is that you're a duplicitous bipolar clown. Every one here saw when you were trying to break your piggy bank to bet on the Clippers. Why are you backtracking now? You see this is why no one here takes you seriously. Village idiot! |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:18pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
WeissVonner:Your comprehension skills are in the gutter. So the Lakers having the best depth automatically guarantees a Championship? Which fuckin desert did this insufferable cretin crawl out from? Whose fault is it that you were too much of a queefin poosie to put your money where your mouth was. Spineless ret@rd talmbout I'd admit Jordan is the GOAT if the Lakers lose as if it will add anything to my pockets when you come here and vanish for another several months anyway. Shameless Muppet. It's only Bronsexuals that swear their man the GOAT but in the same breath still tell you he's the underdog in every series no matter how much of a supporting cast he has. |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:26pm On Sep 24, 2020 |
WeissVonner:Lmaoooo pathetic Bronsexual. I do this for fun. You're the one that usually needs psychiatric evaluation when you leave this space after getting your feelings hurt Inspite of my knowledge of the Lakers depth I had the brass balls to bet against them winning, you had zero courage in your phony goat. Hell you only came back here when you saw the Clippers were eliminated and the Lakers were leading 2-0 versus the Nuggets. Shameless spineless frontrunner. My quotes show that I was well and fully aware of what the Lakers had and any intelligent mind will easily filter the negative talk to the usual banter and trash talk. You're the basic mofo always needing to be spoon-fed like a child. Slug |
