Was there any reasonable allowance given during this period. If not DUFIL should be santioned for the periods before lockdown was lifted. The period after lockdowns, they should be made to pay severely for that. Rather than for them to place monitoring and sanitizing mechanisms in place they decide to enslav. Anyways I do not blame them because that is how their governments treat them
