Each commissioner has his/her office at FCC secretariat in Abuja Zone 3, close to FRSC Headquarters. That is what he meant by whether you've ever submitted your CV to him/Office

Every state Commissioner has an Office inside the headquarters of the Federal Character Commission where people normally go to submit CVs. If you have not been there, try visiting there soonest. The Office is at Zone 3 close to the Office of the FRSC.

If you are seeking for federal government job be it FCSC or FEDERAL AGENCIES and you are not based in Abuja, you might find it abit difficult to get one. Daily, things are happening across govt Offices. Even if you have someone assisting you in Abuja for example, your presence will as well be crucial.
