Tbh, I think this is a great and valid reason. I think the visa officer would understand the time constraint that has made you to decide not to transfer the money into your personal account. No need to pad up with any lies. Just say it as it is. However, like others have pointed out, you should also get ready to explain your relationship with your uncle. Again, just the plain truth, no padding. You’ve not done anything against rules, so you should be okay overall.

To be honest, in their defence, some agents are very stubborn and when u disagree with them they try to guilt trip you by saying “if you get rejected it’s your fault” so you end up being trapped in a tight corner.

Not to even mention their sweet and sugar coated mouth.

However, whatever application someone completes on your behalf, the onus is on you as the main applicant to peruse it before the final submission.

my opinion is there’s no justification for putting it ALL on agent’s head. That’s just me though.

while i disagree with the notion that its difficult to proceed to masters level after top up, i suggest you go online and make your masters applications yourself. give it a try, you might be lucky cos i believe with HND, you can be offered admission for masters in some schools.
NB: I am not 100% sure, i believe a trial wont affect you in any way. and you wont even pay application fees sef

I'll suggest you do as @Oggg advice,this is close to the situation that led to my refusal yesterday,its better to withdraw the application and loose app fee than have another refusal on your profile

For me sha, she shud send email to them & withdraw the application sharp sharp.
It will be found out what she filled on her previous forms, no need to smear her application. They hate lies or attempt to lie which is equal to deception. Withdraw application now plss oo. Send email o. Visa fees would be lost.

Go directly for masters if you have good number of working experience. This you ll explain in you statement of purpose.

Fill in your NIN if you have it. For the expiry date, you can just click on the very last date allowed on the panel.

If you have relevant working experience, apply for a masters direct.
Quite a few unis accept HND for their masters degrees.
