The way you dey undervalue your player is alarming. Granted, they normally do those 1 or 2 nonsense that you highlighted, but come on, the coach has a say in making them do things differently and better.
If it's lack of motivation, a coach needs to know how to motivate his players.
That a group of players decides wen to turn up or not is down to the coach for allowing such.

For bissaka, I think it's up to coach. That structure was too wrong for a wing to be free for 90m yet nothing is done. That's not bissaka fault, that's on ole. He should have made sure that wing was express the way it is
