Personally, I'm happy to see both Laycon and Dorathy as finalists... the most deserving, if you ask me.

Whoever wins... abeg just use that money and buy three rental property so you will be eating from this money for life. One luxury property and two middle-market properties.

Don't waste it on travel, car, giveaway, dashing relatives, or even paying tithes. When your tenants pay rent, then you can use some out of it for these expenses.

None of the people you help today will be around when you need money for rent or hospital. Not your fans, not your old friends, and not your church. Be wise.
