He sits down to collect whopping amount of pounds sterling every week and you expect a boy from Africa who is probably from a disadvantaged background to care ? Y'all are dreaming , I swear. These boys are not going to Europe to win ballon dor but to pull their families out of hardship. His parents will even advice him to keep racking up his checks as long as they are paying him. He will keep humble and milk Leicester until they cant take it...lol
Hmm but he's not poor any longer bro

I agree with this..
I remember one time when Salah was abused by Liverpool fans after he tried to wrestle the ball from Milner to take a penalty..
That was during the season he and Mane were doing selfishness competition...

I also remember this time, same thing happened between Kolarov and Balloteli at Man-city.

Funny thing, Kolarov scored the free-kick they were fighting for and Balloteli got a goal of his, very funny!

So long as Nacho remains a bit-part player at Leicester I would never take him seriously.

You must've not watched the game. He started losing his cool around the end. That's how he got a yellow.

Tielemans would have given that pk to Iheanacho if he had requested for it and Rodgers would have been too happy to see his second striker score than see a midfielder score

I really didn't mean to impress the crowd by my personal thoughts just happened to surface. The issue is that Iheanacho isn't bothered a bit and even if he is dropped from the NT that doesn't pay his bills. And , if he had to be dropped So bet it !

No , but you guys make it sounded like he is the alpha and omega of Leicester and without him the side will crumble. Also, I never said he will not play his way back but perchance in his absence another players assume the role and sort added more quality then your boy will sit down because he isn't Messi.

Well, I am not one of those that opined that Ndidi is the alpha and omega of the team.

But what I am saying is that based on his qualities, coming back into the team would not be as difficult as you guys are trying to paint it.

I am a positive thinking person. And so I chose to remain positive in this case.

He didn't lose his cool so much, just a little frustrated. When your team score 6 goals as a striker u expect a hat trick. So not getting even one would hurt anyone. I just need him to watch how he swings that elbow because in a serious match a savvy opponent will get him sent off.

I read it, and still doesn't mean anything. He is way down the pecking order of PK takers for Leicester and it doesn't make sense for him to start begging around for it

Akpoguma looked very good against a strong Bayern team. It looks like he will walk straight in the super eagles starting lineup on the strength of that performance.

Our other defenders apart from Semi are playing in lower quality leagues.

How do you know he is way down the pecking order? Even if he was they were 4-2 up in the last minutes of the game without the first designated taker the least he can do is request the pen as a striker needing a goal

Lacazette did it, Mahrez did it, it is not the first time it will be done

Chai honestly, I envy the Teranga Lions. Just imagine...

Rennes nearing deal for Mendy replacement

Rennes are close to signing Alfred Gomis from Dijon for €16m (£14.5m/$18.5m), L'Equipe reports.

After selling goalkeeper Edouard Mendy(a Senegalese international) to Chelsea, the Champions League hopefuls will sign yet another Senegal international custodian as his replacement.

Funny enough, at Rennes, in the Senegalese order, Eduard Mendy succeeded Abdul Diallo(now Senegal's third choice goalkeeper) after he was sold to a Turkish club, Same Diallo rose from Rennes youth rank to succeed former Senegalese international goalkeeper Cheick Ndiaye.

So far at Rennes;

From Cheick Ndiaye - Abdul Diallo - Eduard Mendy - Alfred Gomis* wow

Saw this many hours ago even long before Manchester City's thrashing at the hands of Leicester and I knew it would be only a matter of time before you brought it here. grin

That's Mendy's deputy in the NT now leaving Dijon for a much better side in France. A UCL side.

But to be frank, African francophone players especially those from CIV, Algeria and Senegal (including those born in France) that are talented enough have all the advantages of settling into Ligue 1. So it's no surprise.

Good one for Senegal. I remember Ndiaye of yore and he wasn't even a Senegal regular.

Thanks goodness he won't be alone. Mertens have faced them before and would brief Victor on everything needed to trouble and outwit those "agberos." grin

Also, Koulibaly will recall their last meeting in Turin last season where his owngoal cost Napoli. Juve escaped with a 4-3 win in that game. The reverse fixture saw Napoli win 2-1.

This time..... With Victor in the picture, expect more fireworks. wink

Yep, looks like it's gonna pull through eventually. He is already frozen out at Udinese. And if he cannot secure a move elsewhere, then perhaps Watford could just be his blessing in disguise. Still don't like the step down but I only hope he finds his way to EPL football through this move either via Promotion with Watford (they have started well so far) or by attracting offers from a few EPL clubs in 2021.

Ah well... Support him, I must. As for Udinese... More losses fall upon them. Infact, when Napoli meets them I want Vic to bang in 5 against them. Nonsense. grin
