My redmi z dropped on bike today and shattered. It's still pressing surprisingly as I am using it now sef but the screen is soo ruined that I can barely see what I am typing. If you check your phone's about section you'll find that it's android 9 (pie)
More so the name or whatever of a Xiaomi android 10 update would start with 'q'(Miui 11.0.1.0.QCNMIXM) It'll look something like this

Moreso android 10 update is around 700 to 800 mb

It's just a system stability update and if they released an miui 11 update it really made me doubt if we're getting MIUI 12 because why improve on the old one when we're expecting a newer version?..

This update have been around over a month. If you like don't update the next update will just get bigger.

Those that were on 11.0.10 got the update at just over 200MB.

This size shows you have been skipping updates.

SIM activation is just for find my device and has no connection with the issue you stated. And this SIM activation selects SIM.

You use EU/EEA ROM (EUXM), Theirs is the global/international ROM (MIXM)
