Embezzlement/looting of public funds in China is punishable by death. With such a law the people sat up. Some were used as examples. Others who dare the law continue to pay the supreme sacrifice.

Because his ministers fell from heaven? We have pastors and imams whose children became armed robbers and yahoo boys.
