Please house I need your assistance on this issue. Since I bought my Redmi 9c since last week, I have not been able to use the 9mobile line on it to make or receive calls and I can't browse with it as well.

What could be wrong please?

I even went to swap my sim to another sim thinking that the sim was damage and yet, the problem persists.

Could it be the phone?

Redmi note 5 ai can't detect WiFi and sim network.
Did a hardreset thinking it will come up and now it's stuck at the setup page.

Did you cut the SIM?

Is the SIM showing up on the phone?

Yes. The phone started hanging and kept on restarting on its own. Then the Network bar suddenly disappeared showing that Icon as seen in the picture.

You should have downloaded full ROM and Re-installed when the issue started.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
This is not to taint the reputation of the affected fellow, however, it is imperative that I put this straight out to people on this thread that may want or need to patronise a known service provider/seller here.

I recommend people based on my conviction that they're good at what they do and a benefit of doubt. In line with this, I've recommended many sellers here and those part-time sellers too cheesy and 95% of those were successful deals while I do take part of the responsibilities for those that went south.

To the main issue, I recommended a service provider and a seller here to a colleague for the purchase of complete display of Mi Max 3. One doesn't have, so, he contacted the other in Lagos at a later time. The buyer told him that he'd prefer NIPOST should the use of interstate be problematic. So, the seller (REPAIRPALNG) opted for Interstate delivery to Jalingo from Lagos. After about 5days of no delivery and incessant stalling by him, my colleague contacted me and told me of the issue. I contacted Repairpalng and he gave a timeline again with a number to call. My colleague called him on Friday/Saturday and he said the package is on its way, that within the hr, he'll get notified. This was an item already in Jalingo since Tuesday as informed by the courier's desk officer!

To cut the story short, on Sunday morning, the buyer went to the park and enquired about the transport coy Repairpalng mentioned to be the courier and he was told none of such existed in the park (of course, none exists). After much enquiries, he got to meet someone who said he has the package with him, however:
1. the buyer will need to proof ownership as the package has no recipient info on it (no name/number on the bubble bag; not even an envelope)
2. he'd have to pay N1000 before collection as delivery fee! An instruction given by the driver. Of course, we called both drivers and both confirmed the surcharge! After paying N2700 to Repairpalng for delivery!!

Calls and WhatsApp messages were sent to Repairpalng but no acknowledgement whatsoever was made. In order to avoid unnecessary issues, we had to pay the N1000 and collect the package.

Up till this moment, Repairpalng hasn't made a comment to explain what transpired or apologise for the inconveniences!

My findings:
1. Repairpalng gave the package to someone (say Mr A) at a park to deliver to Jalingo, not the company's staff.
2. Mr A gave it to a driver (Driver 1) and handed him N500 that when he delivers the package, recipient will balance him N500.
3. Driver 1 went to Markurdi! He handed over the package to Driver 2 at Markurdi to deliver to Jalingo with the instruction of collecting his balance from recipient before delivery.

I've left Repairpalng a note that my N1000 is still being expected, but if he feels that's not necessary, I'll let it pass.

Here's the thing, if you're ready to waste your money, time or any valuable resources avail to you, go ahead and deal with Repairpalng. He may have good products to sell but his services and handling of issues is ZERO. This may be the fault of his staffers but staff are representation of brands; you take both falls and accolades resulting from their actions.

Shalom!!!

if anyone wants to deal with repairpalng, go to his store and get what you want. Even that too has its risk cos I once replaced a screen at his place but the next day it started having ghost touches, I went back several times but his girl was always posting me. After several unreplied WhatsApp messages, I just gave up. Any deal that involves waybill, I will advice prospective customers to look for another alternative, at least until he changes.

I remember when about two to three members here complained about Repairpalng. That's no way to do business Olohun. I don't think I'll ever patronise him whenever I have reason to. Nor will I advice anyone to.
