On Saturday 26th sept 2020 my eldest sister gave me her access ATM to get 5000 for her from a POS closer to her, which I did and handed the cash and ATM to her which she kept in her lock. On Monday 28th sept a debit of 68,360 was sent to her. All fingers is pointing at me that I was the one that withdrew the money. I have been accused and I can't bear the shame. please it is possible to know the identity of the person or to know the sites he used in shopping with the ATM. All indications is like he used it for shopping. please help a brother with any ideas on her to recover the money and free from this false accusation on my head. I felt humilated by my love's one and betrayed the trust they have in me.

dem programme/compromised the POS machine ni ? Tell her to go to Access bank(if u live in Lagos,go to their HQ and complain)

Go to your bank and file for chargeback. Its still within the acceptable time frame for this to be filed with your bank. Its only then that your bank can actually identify what platform the transaction took place though the usual suspect is that it was used to either purchase gift cards, iTune cards, Google Play store purchase etc

Always be careful with your ATM cards at those POS spots, they don't need your PIN to purchase online on foreign websites - Just your card number, date or expiry and Security is required. They can easily capture those details without you knowing or on the pretext that they need to capture the details as part of KYC.

Go to bank fast.

If the items have not been shipped, you will get your money back.

A hidden camera was installed at the POS center. It recorded your card details and your PIN.

The debited was yesterday around 1:45pm and access bank is far from were we are living. Is today I and my sis is going bro the bank this morning to file a complaint.

What type of card is it? Mastercard or Visa or Verve?

It is a POS transaction. Report to the bank immediately. The bank will demand a chargeback from the POS, if it doesn't happen the POS dealer will lose that account.
