Hahaha...ndigbo no wan dye grin.
By the way, what happens if all the candidates from a state fails the screening? Will the army still invite other candidates from that state who didn't make the screening shortlist?
that is the issue, who now tell them that army is a death trap, or been in a civilian guaranty you that you will live long than the military? Now when to appoint service chiefs, some of them will be saying there is marginalization, will they bring Junior officer to head or bring a civilian to head them.

It's okay before you turn this into a tribal war.

But to speak d truth, he Neva claimed to be a Dr, at least, "expressly".

He actually did. Someone screenshot it when he began to deny it. Go back to the previous pages you will see it

He did. He claimed to be a Dr. Claimed he was shortlisted, but not one person on this thread met him during the screening at Ibadan. He was full of deceit. And I don't even know why... To what end?

He even asked other applicants to "use style" and touch the goal post at the venue of DSSC screening in Ibadan.

So all those KODAKC is simply because i asked a simple question here? So funny
How could I possibly claim to be something I am not, will it add money to my bank account. Lol
I was not trying to prove myself neither was I trying to convince anybody to believe I am an actor, I was only asking a question to understand something.
I stated it initially that I am still an upcoming actor( so don't think I am the likes of zubby Micheal or Sylvester madu) grin as I am not that popular in the industry yet.
Even if some of you see me that particular day, you won't be able to recognize me unless you have came across some of the movies I was featured in, or someone that knows me very well tell you precisely..
Anyway I have gotten my answers and I don't think I will be able to enroll into the army if I won't be able to continue my carrier in the movie industry, as i was just thinking the army would give such opportunity to officers.

Boss man, can someone fresh out of school and Nysc just apply for DSSC without work experience or is it advisable to go for SSC ? I read the both terms and it seems the only difference is the ranks to be granted at commission. What do you advise ? @kalapizim
You can apply for dssc so far your field was advertised.

The answer to your question isn't far fetched, though the job opportunities in the country is low, the situation in the north is worst especially the north central states with respect to employment opportunities. The easterners are more inclined to enterprenuership than any part of the country that's why they pay little or no attention to uniform jobs especially the army, the trend is similar also with yoruba people.
Benue, Kogi, Nassarawa are more of civil service states/ subsistent farmers that's why it's not uncommon seeing them populate uniform jobs or any government jobs they can lay hold of.

Wow!

So in a few hours we would see the end of 2020/2021 application cycle. God help us all.

I must say, there weren't a lot of silly questions like last year's, and there wasn't any candidate shutting people up for asking redundant questions, kudos to you all. We've so far treated each other with massive respect, which is commendable.

Now we're moving to the next phase – the waiting period before the exam. We hope the waiting period won't be that long. Let's continue keeping the thread alive and active.

Healthy arguements where we can learn and stuff.
Person like me no too sabi military things, but I've learnt so much here, things like HTACOS, and so many military terminologies. Keep it coming guys.

By the way, if you dey Lagos, and we get to write exams, Nairaland Battalion suppose meet for centre o! Ehen.

Cheers.
