My Buddy, it makes no difference if he concedes or not, America is governed by Rules of Laws. He would be removed when he loses. He's just barking because he knows he's losing the election. On Jan 20 at exactly 12 noon, Biden will be sworn in and there is nothing the loud mouth can do.
