He is not a coward in any way.. do u want the government to mess him up? When banky w came out to contest for a position in the government did u vote for him. See burna is dodging the bullet ok. Y do u think ay, tuface and all the big names in entertainment industry are not coming out to protest? The moment he comes to protest his music career is done for life. And am sure u won't pay him a visit if he's in jail. Look at what is happening to mailafia now just because he uttered a word about boko haram sponsor.. bro Nigeria has to come out and protest including u

7 Amazing reasons to start your own business in 2020:

Starting a business of your own can open a world of opportunities and options. A close look at successful entrepreneurs indicates that the majority of them run their own business which brings in a residual income stream. Below are some of the reasons why you need to start your own business this year:
Imagine how it would feel to get up at your own sweet time and not hurry to office in the regular chaos of snarling traffic. And then, to begin the day as though you are fresh from home and nothing has happened. You are your boss, and you determine when to resume and when to close.
Extra Income has not hurt anyone up to now, and it should not be hurting you either. If you are willing to do that extra bit of work or travel that extra mile for your boss, I am sure you will be more than willing to do so for yourself, especially if you feel that it would improve the quality of life of you and your family.
Multiple streams of Income does not come for free. It involves hard work! It is not hard work when you are doing what you are passionate about. The benefits of creating multiple income streams far outweigh the risk and stress involved.
I consider it foolish working hard daily, only to be paid peanuts as salary every month. Just check the following benefits accruing to every business owner:

1.Confidence and Fulfillment:
Having your own business makes you more of a complete person who can proudly say that he/ she is an entrepreneur who has achieved something.

2. Limitations of earning do not exist:
You can earn as much as you want by just putting more effort and the risk of financial failure is ultimately eliminated

3. Work at your own pace:

The monotony of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is eliminated. You have the advantage of being your timekeeper. Flexibility enables the average entrepreneur to perform at the optimum.

4. Job security and fear of unemployment becomes history:

The fear of been sacked ranks as the number one phobia among employees. This fear can become a major obstacle to achieving the goal of having your own business.

5. Flexibility to do whatever you want to do, whenever you want to do it:

Working for others can reduce you to a human-robot because your suggestions may sometimes be discarded at the expense of management policy and decisions.

6. You retire when you feel like not when you become old and weak:

I once had a boss who after retiring from service became too weak to do anything meaningful. This was someone who had put in 35 years of meritorious service to the company and here he was living in a company apartment. He did not have a home of his own, and to make matter worse, he did not have a business of his own. That was the day I decided to opt for a business of my own and end the rat race of paid employment.

7. You will be your boss with no one looking over your shoulder:

The joy and freedom to take the crucial decision that will ultimately shape your business can be exciting and at the same time challenging. It is, however, a motivational factor as an entrepreneur.

Success is very much achievable to everybody. Believe that and you have taken the first step on your way to starting your own business in 2020.

This is exactly what burnaboy means in his tweet about how Nigerians treated fela, now we love to castigate our own. What has burnaboy done to deserve the insult? He told you guys how others do not want to associate with his family all because of his mum's relationship with fela. How many of you can even volunteer your presence when a protest comes up. Y'all just want a Patsy to dump all your grievance on, and burnaboy isn't taking none of that because, Nigerians are not worth saving nor dying for. Amend your ways first, be kind to your fellow brothers. These little act of kindness goes a long way, then you will truly be ready for a change. We really need to change ourselves before we can attempt to change anything. Of what use is a protest when it is done with an ignoble mind, when after the protest, we ourselves go back to back biting, hating on other people's success, selfishness and covetousness, and all kinds of act a devoid of humanity. We don't need another Fela, we don't need a savior figure, we don't even need sowore. All we need to do is to change ourselves and be more human, then it will only be a matter of the the table crumbles. Abeg free my odogwu for me.

If a Yoruba man leads a protest in Nigeria, Igbos will slander him, those who don't share his religious sentiment will slander him. Makes perfect sense Burna Boy lives in Lekki but Sowore resides safely across the Atlantic Ocean in New Jersey, USA.
Why get jammed up in some political mess and sit in jail or court addressing some stupid case when he could be making his music, collecting big checks, and toasting a different fine babe every night of the week if he wanted to.
Remember that big booty chick from the UK that he dumped when he blew up? Many thirsty females in 9ja are a kobo a dozen. He should continue to enjoy his life his way. cheesy

this is the 2nd time you are calling my mentality sick. this goes a long way to show ur level of tolerance. Everyone wud Neva agree with you on everything. the sowore we know today became popular in gejs era n u lied when you said that he helped gej became president
. for the records, gej gained presidency 2ru yaradua' s death n nobody fought yaradua to bring in gej. you can easily blame another man for the misfortune you brought yourself. b4 2015 presidential election, you n your cohorts cannot complete a comment here without adding " sai baba". if you were so serious about this revolt, u shud start adding the remove baba hashtah in every comment u make so that we can take you serious. my bro;daaa! stop WAILING.
My sincere apologies for my poor choice of words. I just get emotional when I see the way things are in the country and how ordinary Nigerians and even youths are the ones condemning, pulling down and crucifying the only few people who dare to speak up or stand up to the useless leaders.

You say Sowore became popular only in GEJ's era? well that's just for you who. Back in the days before he even set up saharareporters, Sowore was even a thorn in OBJ's flesh especially during the third term agenda. A lot of people wouldn't have known this cos the internet and social media wasn't rampant then unlike today.

REgarding Yaradua's sickness saga, Oh yes! Sowore played a good role, he was the first person who alerted Nigerians that Yaradua was in a comatose state in Saudi Arabia, he was the first to alert Nigerians when Yaradua was sneaked into the country on a stretcher, he was the first to alert Nigerians on the sleaze being perpetrated by the Yaradua kitchen cabinet during the sickness days. It was the back to back tormenting reportage of bodies like SR that unsettled the cabal and forced them to step aside, making the senate then to enact the 'doctrine of necessity' which made GEJ the Ag. President at the time (this was several months before Yaradua's 'official' death). If not for the leakages from SR, the statusquo would have remained for a really long time; i.e. GEJ relegated to one corner while the cabal squandered Nigeria.

Like I said before, i have a right to support or criticise any candidate I choose, in the way I choose. I support a person today isn't a reason I shouldn't criticise or dump them the moment they misbehave; that is my prerogative. If you like, keep wailing till year 2099 over the election loss of GEJ in 2015; for the record, GEJ was a useless president, and even with what I know now about the uselessness of PMB, if the world goes back in time, I wouldn't still support GEJ or PDP in that election, I'd rather be neutral!

fela kuti has been burna boy boyhood idol right from when he was a little boy, he met fela on few occasions, burna boy grand dad was felas manager as at early 70's ... Mr Man make ur research before u sound like a broken speaker
antibullshit:

It really doesnt make sense to accuse Burna Boy of becoming a Fela fan after his death because he had no say in the matter.
Burna was born in 1991! Fela died in 1997! Burna Boy was 6 when Fela died!
However, I know for a fact that Burna Boy knows music from way before his time because I know him in person.
Im 20 years his senior. I remember one time when I took him to the movies and I was playing NWA in the car and on hearing it he said,
"thats NWA" he didnt ask me. He knew. He knows a lot of 90's rap which I always used to play whenever i went out with him.
Burna is a cool dude if you know him. It hurts me when people try to label him as otherwise.

Point is, Burna Boy like every other Nigerian artiste post-2000 is claiming Fela fan for clout.

If you were Sowore himself and I asked you same question but unfortunately this what you could muster, bro you just lost a potential follower. I expected you to be savvy with your reply. I'm disappointed.
Well, please allow me to rant; I am not Sowore, but I can only imagine what he feels when he sees comments from Nigerians online. Reading these comments and examining our collective mentality, it becomes clearer and clearer that Nigerians are just complex humans who seem to rather prefer the status-quo of squalor and wailing than finding a solution.

You cannot claim you don't know what 'Revolution Now' is all about, you cannot claim you're unaware that nothing works in Nigeria, that leaders are all rogues, resources squandered, future wasted etc. You say yo were disappointed in my response, were you expecting that I come beg you to be 'angry' with what's going on in Nigeria? If you're happy with the way things have always been, well, it's up to you, I don't need to start preaching or convincing you on anything.

Just recently, billions looted in the guise of pandemic, NDDC officials sharing billons to themselves as personal palliative, senators collecting N20m pandemic hardship allowance each, while hunger kills the real people who need the palliatives. All the noise made during those public hearings and probes have since died away and nobody dares to say anything publicly or stand up to these people for the fear of police bullets. But somehow, the few fellows who chose to dare the bullets and speak up, even if you arent interested in whatever movement they come up with, the least you can do is just 'ignore it', not pull them down.
