I have a question about the blocked account opening and in transfering of the blocked fund.
1) is the payment to the German account done in euro or naira.
2) is this transaction done from our bank here in Nigeria to the newly opened bank in Germany.
3) what is the rate one should use for this transaction is it the black market or the cbn rate
4) is there any best approach to the account opening im open to suggestions

I would love to migrate to Germany through education . I have Msc in Operations mgt and Bsc in Business Administration with 2.1. , I have written ielts exam before (but general module. So, I don't see ielts as hindrance.) and also I have #3.5 million cash. I want to enquire if I can use masters degree to apply for another masters program in Germany. From what I have read from the previous thread... This is highly unlikely... Not about the blocked account (you just need additional 1m for it), not even about your age...
It's about the Embassy Interview, why would you want to do another Masters...

I used IELTS but a letter of English proficiency should suffice.
I got an invite for the interview but I didn’t participate in the interview because I had admissions to other schools
