UCL Draws in progress

Zaidu (Porto) vs Man City

Bonus:

Juventus and Barca drawn together. grin

Liverpool same group with Ajax and Serie A Assassins, Atalanta.

Hahahahahaha... Sweetness reborn.

The end of an era with cr7 and Messi. I want nothing less than both to be fully fit for the 2 legged affair. Anything ekse is gonna be sour.

It gives me joy to see you lot reel in agony over Saka's decision, especially those of you that take delight in insulting our home grown players just to make foreign groomed ones look special.

Any day, any time, I would play Zaidu ahead of Saka in the LB position, Ejuke, Simon in the left wing, Chukwueze in the right wing.

Osimhen any day, any time ahead of Tammy as my striker.

Iwobi is already giving me reasons to stop looking Eze's way

Lol... Abeg save am for am well.

You know, It's funny that some people like Elyte89 have absolutely no idea how good Ejuke is. I remember even picking Ejuke ahead of Saka on Twitter few months ago for my preferred LW player if it comes down to a choice between them.

With that said, Saka is an excellent young talent and would have added depth to our wing options on both flanks but Ejuke is also an excellent young player with crazy potentials. Apart from Ejuke, we all know the other wing options we got. So it is no loss. It's just an extra quality chicken we missed on our Jollof rice that already has enough quality Chickens. That's all.

I Dont feel nothing as he now reps England. I believe its how he went about it that's making it not seem so big a loss. Wishing Saka the best in his career. Who's next? Oh, Eze.... Alright!!

did Pulisic play in American league? Was it not his father taking him from Dortmund to Barcelona, to secure him a football contract?

I bet most of these players were in European academies, and did not necessarily come directly from the MLS, so, wetin concern league infrastructure for this one?

Wetin you go talk be say, it's good to have a useful passport that you won't need to secure visa for most countries. No be useless Nigerian passport that cannot take you anywhere. If person papa wan help him life now, from Nigeria, you know how much he will save to get visa an flight ticket? Make we no even talk of the purchasing power of the miserable Naira.
Pulisic has Croatian passport so it really helped, some Americans also struggle with work permit issues just like Africans

Just pray Arsenal does not sack Arteta to hamper his growth. If arsenal was an ambitious club, the likes of Nketia, Saka, Nelson, Maitland Niles, Willock etc would not be anywhere near the first team

This is what happens when we lose confidence in homebased players. What is so special about saka and the rest? Is he better than chukwueze? Just becos he plays for arsenal doesn't make him any special. We need to look inward

I know him very well. Scored twice against Liverpool in Preseason too for RB Salzburg. Well, now he would be up against Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid and Locomotiv Moscow in the UCL. The first two are super tough nuts but I think he can fancy his chances much better against Locomotiv.

And you like him? I like him too. In my personal ratings of the finest young African strikers today he is fourth on my list.

Osimhen obviously leads the way, followed by Youssef En-nesyri of Sevilla/Morocco, then I have Musa Barrow of Bologna/Gambia in third, and then Daka of Salzburg/Zambia in fourth. Others are Christian Kouame of Fiorentina/CIV, Habib Diallo of Metz/Senegal and a few more.

Yes. They finished as Champions in their various top leagues.

Zenith would not have made it into Pot 1 had Bayern not won the league and UCL double and had PSG too not made that final to stand a chance of a double.

Pot 1 belongs to the UCL Winners (Bayern), UEL winners (Sevilla) and the Champions of the Top 6 leagues which are Spain, England, Germany, Italy, France and Portugal. Russia as Europe's no.7 rated league got in b'cos the UCL Winners were also the German Champions.

If Fulham and Westbrom had played in the Spanish Segunda, I could bet my seminiferous tubules and Ductili Efferentes that neither of the two would have made it to the La liga. In fact, this Fulham side would've suffered relegation down to Spanish third division

Yes he needs time but that has to be fast, besides I don't think this Fulham team can help him grow. Maybe he made the wrong move, he should have remained in Torino than this Fulham team that I am currently watching.
