Good Afternoon, 1. Please which do you recommend Wapco or Dansugar? I intend buying tomorrow morning. 2. I also read that Dansugar wants to list Savannah sugar shares. Please can someone explain how it will affect Dansugar shareholders? Thank you |

Sexybeautiful:Let me try... starting from Question 2: Savannah sugar was an acquisition by Dangsugar, think it's more of expansion which should affect Dangsugar positively. The impact may not be immediate but its a plus for Dangsugar. Now to Question 1: What timeframe are you looking at? What's your motive for wanting to buy? Anyway: * Both are good fundamental stocks. * Both required enough patience * Both still have upside potential * Good Q3 results will further strengthen the share prices. * Wapco did some upside last/this week......depending on market situation, it may keep moving, good 3rd quarter result will increase investors faith, positive sentiments and most likely, create higher highs. * Dangsugar, there's the need to watch how events unfold with the new listing for bargain entry, though currentprice is relatively okay. * Choose your choice. NB: Opinion is not based on figures......bearish period not captured.......chart distorted...... unforeseen event not captured......so I'll like to phone a friend to throw more light on this. |

Sexybeautiful: My own opinion. The 2 stocks are good fundamentally but the entry price should be factored in. Buy WAPCO at present price if you are long term investor. Technical analysis support more upward movement in WAPCO than DangSugar. Buy in tranches while waiting for retracement. If you are shortterm trader/investor, i have no idea. Note: Follow this advice at your own risk. You can lose money if you decide to go with this advice. 5 Likes |

megawealth01: When they release exceptionally good results and declare good dividend like #4 and above......All this is dependent on the stability of the economy, no matter the sales revenue wapco posts I know fully well that sales volume have dropped significantly as we Nigerians are trying to adjust to the new price regime inflation has brought upon us..... A bungalow u finish for #8 million naira this time last year would cost you like #11 million now.... 4 Likes |
