See whether we like it or not, Nengi deserves the LOYALTY title.
The guy broke up with her before she entered the house and he blocked her everywhere. She on her own free will decided she will wait until she leaves the house to talk to him and see if they can still work things out. At this point he is her EX and not her boyfriend.
Lilo on the other hand had a boyfriend outside the house but still went ahead to make out with Eric inside the house.
Nengi was free to do same but she always had her EX on her mind thinking when she gets outside, they can work things out. That was why she told Ozo it's a 50:50 thing (either the guy has moved on or they can still work things out).
