I applied for Dynamics 365 erp tech support last week. They got back to via mail and sent two links for a pre-online assessment(English & Tech) which I did at home on Wednesday. The next day which was Thursday, I got a call saying I passed and they will schedule an on-site assessment for me to attend on Monday 7th of dept 2020 by 8am. I arrived and did the following at their office; english test, listening test, technical test and reading reading out test. When I got home that same day, I received a call saying I passed and the next stage is the zoom interview scheduled for the next day which was Tuesday 8th Sept 2020 by 8am.

On Tuesday morning I did the zoom interview and they said they will get back to me. That Tuesday night at 10pm, I got a mail from them that had a link for an online form to fill. I was to upload my updated CV, ID, professional references, bsc or hnd cert, nysc and payslip(optional) for the next step process. I have done that.

So all well and good, today is Wednesday and I am waiting for a response.

Hi pls I did online test with them in may, I went thru all the process even scored 10.33 out of 13 at the final test, also did zoom interview they later called me to tell me the recruitment is on hold but they are still considering my Cv that they will get in touch with me as soon as they start the process again. Hmm, guys I hope this meets you well. I post this to give you hope. I applied for the position of Technical Support Advocate at Tek Experts on the 7th of June 2020 via a link from a class mate who joined them few months ago. To cut the story short, I thought the whole process would go like that of my classmates who applied earlier this same year and had undergone all their recruitment process within the space of 2 months and has gotten an offer from them. So I thought I could resume by August but as fate may have it, I just got an offer and I'm to resume this month. What I'm trying to say here is that, I really wanted to work in a tech company and after going through the required processes since July the 7th, I didn't hear from them again, it saddened me and due to lock down I was just at home hoping to get an offer from companies I had applied for. Infact, I had written off Tek Experts, like they won't call me, maybe their processes weren't fair enough because I know I had performed very well at the assessment, interview and so on. You know what, for those of you that recently finished your service (be it 6 to 18months ago), don't start negotiating too high especially when you know you didn't serve or gather experience in a tech company before coming. Infact, I feel level 1 is where your salary figure would be placed. So leave high negotiations to those applying for a level 2 role for they are experienced.


I'm happy that I was eventually called after all the processes since July 7th, 2020.

Please guys I really need help. I applied for for technical Support ERP and was scheduled for phone interview. Somehow I missed the call, and I came back and started calling the line, but it wasn't reachable. I have sent mail to the email that sent me the interview details. but no response yet.

Can someone help me on what to do?

I doubt if they will ever reach you back. Same happened to me sometimes ago. They didn't call back.
