It is not the duty of the organizers of the show to deduct personal income tax on behalf of government from the prize money. At best, they will deduct 5% WHT. Laycon will file his tax return at the end of the year just like any other person. The tax return will include all his income for the year and not just the prize money. Even Erica will pay tax on her money when she files her tax return at the end of the year.
