I like their system of 3-3-1-3 but!!! It leaves them too open especially when you invade their press, it's almost like their Midfield is non existent. They will probably win matches by outscoring the opponent but they will concede so many goals.

Make we no lie towards the end of Fergie's career he had smart coaches like Carlos Queiroz and the dutch coach who did most of the tactical analysis and conducted training. Ole might just need a really innovative assistant.
