Yes, you are required to go to the study with those documents as specified in your admission. This is not urgent because NOUN is quite aware schools have not resumed fully.

I paid tru remita, they were supposed to send me a mail with a pdf receipt, but I didn't get a pdf receipt with the mail they sent. Now I can't get the RRR code.

If you retrieve your RRR code, then you get your receipt but if you get the RRR code contact Remita through an email they will be able to help you with a way to get back your receipt

Check very well. If indeed they sent you a mail, there's always an attached PDF. It's not a human work and therefore likely error-free.

The RRR you used to pay is still the same RRR after payment (the only difference is that it will be turned to a receipt). If you want to confirm and get the RRR receipt, go to remita.net, click resend invoice/receipt, input the RRR you used to pay and the receipt will be resent to your email address.
