Agaisnt Brighton they explored us with one of the benefits of playing the 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 systems. I repeat we actually have more of a coaching problem than a personnel problem.

Our coaching is very poor no doubt but coaching did not make Maguire mess up a simple header in the box then tackle his own man. These are individual errors and what they do is spread panic throughout the defence. Once such errors happen once or twice in a game the whole defence starts to panic and everything becomes shaky.

With regards to the narrow full backs that is partly due to coaching and part ly due to players. You can be a bit narrow as a full back without totally abdicating your role as a FB. There were times i saw Shaw at CDM yesterday!

With regards to what is in bold, that is no news. All you need to do is rate Bruno, Martial, Pogba as players and do the same for Ole as a manager.

Yesterday's loss had everything to do with the manager and the players and nothing to do with the board or managment.

Both things can be true. We have a personel problem with the defence and also a coaching problem.

The back 4 are not bad defenders but they are not great defenders in anyway. the Back 4 yesterday +Lindelof all glaring individual weaknesses. Without a coach who can find a way for those weaknesses to be hidden. More of yesterday will happen.

This is what many of us are saying. Klopp joined Liverpool and immediately changed their pattern of play even though the personnel wasn't good enough and that encouraged the board to get him his targets. Ole on the other hand is pants...
