Ejaria has a Nigerian passport but it takes longer for English guys to switch, Tammy and Tomori flirted with us to force Southgate's hand, its a common tactics now.

He needs to renew his passport

For every of those guys dumped, there are more home grown players that have been dumped too like that. Don't come here and be making it look like there's an agenda against them. Moreso , the guys you mentioned couldn't cut it anymore. It happens every time. Because they are foreign born will not mean they deserve special treatment

Those guys were dropped when they were still playing well. Sone was nominated for Championship player of the season just 4 or 5 seasons ago but dem block am.

Meanwhile....the number of African Goalies we got in top clubs for this season is really encouraging.

- Bounou at Sevilla

- Onana at Ajax

- Edouard Mendy at Chelsea

All in the UCL. Really cool.

Bounou became first choice thanks to Vaclik's injury and you forgot to add Alfred Gomis at Rennes

No. You are the one taking it personal seeing how you went on and on pushing the point that Moses Simon's one goal puts him in same bracket as Samuel Kalu.

I have watched both Kalu and Simon this season and I can tell you for free that Simon has dropped two stinkers already this season for Nantes vs Monaco and Lille while Kalu has been much better for Bordeaux within same period. I have also watched our other wingers in Ejuke and Chukwueze. Musa has been inactive of late.

My statement was one of simple fact based on "this particular period in the 2020/21 season" and from what they have shown so far but you kept on saying it is subjective even when I showed you the factual angle I came from.

You picked Iheanacho obviously b'cos he has better experience compared to Onuachu and new boy, Dessers. How many has Onuachu and Dessers played compared to Nacho? Also, Nacho has what it takes to play in dynamic fashion with the likes of Iwobi, Chuks and whatever winger we pick on the left. He has the ability to deliver in the role just like a striker as natural as Dessers. So don't use the pick of Nacho to cover that.

In Simon and Kalu's case, both are just as experienced and fit to start on the left yet you picked Kalu.
You kept saying Simon this and that yet you picked Kalu for your front three. Or a Simon Moses on the LW cannot also see us defeating Algeria??

And you don't go stylish yet you began referring to last season (2019/20) about how "people in here" kept hyping Kalu based on one goal. I asked you who and you haven't provided an answer and you say you are not being stylish.

You say he remained on one goal throughout last season despite "some people hyping his one goal" and you think I would not ask ask if you suggest he would also remain on these two goals he has bagged this season?

You said something about "same story" and I asked what same story, you also haven't addressed that. Please... And please... This was never a direct comparison between Simon and Kalu. I said Kalu is the most inform of our wingers currently and that was based on actual observations and facts. I didn't just make that comment.

But if you still don't get my angle, then I can drop the Sofascore ratings of both players in Ligue 1 for all games played so far if you don't want to see that Simon is not in same form level as Kalu for now.

These things change and are temporary like I since pointed out but right now, Kalu is the winger in much better form among our wing men. Finito.

That Simon's miss against Monaco was indeed horrible

Yes oooo... Rennes are also in the UCL. Thanka for the sharp reminder joor. Make I modify. That's four African GKs in one UCL season from the group stage. Beautiful.

And yes, you are right. Vaclik is the original first choice of Sevilla but seeing how Bounou has really taken his chances between he sticks shows Vaclik may have some fight on his hands getting that shirt back. wink

This is not entirely true. What fame has Eze earned? Has the Three Lions called him up yet?? Has Southgate sounded out to him same way he has Saka?

Eze rejected us when we reached out to him for the Brazil game and preferred going with the England U-21s. That is the truth.

In a recent podcast I spoke about many pages ago, Eze revealed he would have regretted picking Nigeria at the time over England. So what are you saying?

Right now, he is still at a kinda crossroads and hoping for thar first Senior call-up but as it stands he is still eligible for us unless England fulfills his wishes.

I don't think Iorfa will have an agent so bad that he won't get a move to at least a bottom table EPL team...
And all these talks of politics at Wolves is nonsense... Wolves are at the best level ever since the premier league era! .. it's all thanks to Nuno and Jorge Mendes who have worked hard to transform the club... I'm very sure that wolves fans themselves aren't complaining of having so many Portuguese players in their squad as long as they are getting good results..
Iorfa should move!
He is in his prime already ..

You are right o Wolves fans are So happy and doesn’t care about the Portuguese ,if no be say coady na fine player dem for don bench am self

Akpoguma said he was not interested AT ALL, his Father confirmed the same position it was somewhat derogatory for over three years and was consistent in that position all through.

Then he does a U TURN and we get him FIFA cleared at supersonic speed.

Eze expressly confirmed his commitment to play for Nigeria, but we left him in the wilderness for three years.

Tomori was there to be capped before he blow we did not commit to him and he did not commit to us.

Saka and Tega never said no unequivocally to Nigeria but made a choice to play for England.

But Akpoguma Warri pikin or not made it blatantly clear in public, I AM NOT INTERESTED, I want to play for Germany.

We went BEGGING, IMPRESSED UPON HIM, CONVINCED HIM.

That's double standard.

Meanwhile Ovie, Ademola, Tosin, lorfa, deh wait after all the promises by Rohr NUTTIN

The bolded is true. Eze was ignored by that biased coach. The boy was pained and decided to turn us down. No bi d boy fault.

Ofcos you will agree. Anything for you specifically to hit Rohr with.

Etebo was already a proven lad in the Eagles so you cannot blame Rohr. Performances for Clubs doesn't always translate to performance in the GWG. It is your performances in the GWG that keeps you in the NT. I thought you guys understood this very basic pattern.

Rohr eventually reached out to Eze before the Brazil game and what did Eze do? Lad turned us down mehn. That is the truth. I would love to have Eze coz he would give us sweet depth in our AM role but I am calling a spade a spade here. Eze actually rejected the chance to team up with us even while he was still in the Championship. Fact!

Rohr cannot be blamed. He had other players to face. Also, it could be Rohr wasn't yet sold on him as he was still observing. Is that not what some of you here do on a particular player sometimes? Giving yourself time to see if a player is really worth it?
Eze was in the Championship for crying out loud. And Club performances can sometimes be flattering as we know already.

In the end, Rohr eventually reached out to Eze and he turned down the chance.

Eze himself said he would have regretted picking Nigeria over England at the time. So Rohr cannot be faulted. I know the full story now.

Did Eze not trained with the SE?

He demonstrated he was willing to play for us at that time by coming to camp but Rohr SNUBBED him first for years. Whose fault? Eze?

Eze will be called into the three lions anything soon. The same way he went from Championship to EPl. The early you realise this the better.

Rohr messed up big time.

I said "partially"...

After the world cup, we added a couple of players in attack and defence: Kalu,Onuachu,Ajayi.. but the midfield was ignored.. We were stucked with Mike,Ndidi, Etebo,Ogu,Iwobi and the regular old boys Agu and Agbo...
Coupled with Iwobi's occasionally lack of consistency,Eze would have been a solid addition..
Shebi Eze made that statement about regretting playing for Nigeria this year?
I'm reffering to late 2018 when we were preparing for the AFCON...
