Welcome to the era of 10 10% folks !! WAPCO, GTB, ZENITH, ACCESS, UBA, FBNH, FIDELITY, FCMB, UACN and a few other coys we mentioned here delivering great returns. ...they shall do more and surpass the expectations of many !! That 1st and last coy will surprise a lot of people in the mid-term. Btw, ACCESS is already well ahead of UBA, and helping to put things in perspective. The dude I advised to do the swap(also a member here) has just informed me that he's already riding on a near N1.1M gain, which is exclusive of the 25k dividend. He still holds some UBA, but there was need to assign more weighting in ACCESS at the time. ACCESS was undoubtedly ahead of UBA both fundamentally and technically. Unfortunately, those who were arguing with "common sense" here back then couldn't see it. Mr ACCESS is on its way to N10... and next will be an attempt to "embrace" it's 52-weeks high of N12. UBA will follow suite, but behind it. It is well. 12 Likes |

Some guys don't even want us to enjoy this bull even if just for 2 weeks, after several months of bear and long suffering? Just 2 days of bull, and some are already fearful. Why are some people afraid of making money? No amount is too much, especially after the long-suffering of several months. My FBNH should just go ahead and do full bid. I've endured with it for too long. 4 Likes |

YourhealthNG2:Lol. Some are always afraid of everything..............bull fear, bear fear............ Do they know how much some people lost during the pandemic? Imagine Zenith from 23 down to 10.70, GTB from circa 30 down to 16+ Ucap, I bought at 3.24 then, it went back to as low as 1.80/1.90 ........now people are recouping loss, they still come back with fear fear again. Some, who left their stock with the loss may not have breakeven self. Though not saying we shouldnt caution ourselves, but let's enjoy the bull ride when it lasted, nah God and our foreign brother's blessings..............na wetin I dey talk be that. 3 Likes |

My Sister, if not for COVID and inter-relation to price of OIL how easy would it have been getting ZZ @10+, I bought ZZ at 17.5 before COVID enjoyed N3.1 dividend now is time for some capital appreciation. Mcy56: 1 Like |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 11:56am On Oct 06, 2020 |
onegentleguy: ...and still talking swap, if I were investor looking for higher expected return, I would; JAIZ and/or UNITY >> WEMA NB >> INTERBREW AIRTEL >> MTN STANBIC >> ZENITH and BUA >> WAPCO ...YES !! The latter is still cheaper than the former @ their current mkt prices, and still the cheapest coy in that sector.(cement) Why? Because while most coys are likely to deliver gains in a bullish mkt, the probability of a higher gain currently favours those aligned to RIGHT than those to the left. If u are so "attached" to the left folks, then a 70-30 % weighting(right to left) might not be a bad idea. NOTE: NOT an investment advise. Pls do well to read through my signature below. My advise: Pls kindly follow ur instinct. Wish u all a green portfolio !! Bye for now. 2 Likes |

sellydion:Can remember very well when dumpers were coming to dump Zee at 17 then. Think we were wondering what could be happening, many saw it as blessings and picked massively, even at that 17. Boss Mendes911 would recall that i even called his attention to it, that what could be happening....... Not so long, the crash came in full force.............. If Zee were not a sound stock, it would have been difficult for her to rise quickly again............So also, GTB, Stanbic and all other fundamentally sound stocks. 1 Like |
