Those 2 are still raw but are nearing first team football. Their progress needs to be carefully managed so that they can start playing first team football regularly before the end of the season.

See, in football once you enter your 20s what you can do is IMPROVE on what you already have and also be more consistent at it. You can't suddenly ACQUIRE a new skill.

In particular at that age it is almost impossible to suddenly develop a great touch or great dribbling. It is easier to improve shooting, crossing, tackling, positioning e.t.c BUT touch and dribbling is developed before 18.

But the manager can help him to improve his crossing, positioning, shooting etc. All players are not perfect, if a manager is comfortable buying a player, then he should find a way to make his style fit the player's abilities while coaching him to improve overtime.

Age is key, I agree. But any player below 28 can still improve.
