tbaba1234: Actually with regards to the bold AT THAT TIME , when l watched him at Wolfsburg. I did not say he will not struggle in the English U23 league. l said he will not even make it into any top academy in the EPL. He was technically naive and simply not good enough AT THAT TIME in 2016/17. Not me but Wolfsburg relegated him back to the youth team. I then said he needed to RE-INVENT himself drop to a lower league and then climb back up. He must have read my post because thats exactly what he has done. The rest is history. In 2014/15 Calvert-Lewin was nowhere good enough for any top EPL Academy, l dismissed him AT THAT TIME. But David Unsworth brought him into Everton. He learned very quickly and had been improving season after season. He is now top goal scorer in the EPL. Tranmere fc conference side released a youth player not good enough. AT THAT TIME . That youth player is 17 now and playing for Real Madrid. Eberechi Eze was released by Arsenal and a plethora of clubs nobody thought he would make it AT THAT TIME , before going to QPR. The rest is history, he is now in Crystal Palace. Raheem sterling had an opportunity to go to Arsenal as a child. He chose QPR on the basis he would have a better opportunities. Liverpool bough him at 14, for £1.8 million. The first time l went with Raheem to the Barber shop. His feet couldn't touch the floor and he was very lightweight. I actually thought he will not make it AT THAT TIME. But a few years later and sometime in the gym, the rest is history. Gnabry was released by Arsenal, Tony Pulis said he will never be a footballer. AT THAT TIME . Well he is arguably the best left winger in the World. Everything in football is time related, today's star can be tomorrow flop and today's flop tomorrows star. What I have said is very very normal and everyday practice. Thats why l gave a few examples. Having that in mind, what eexactly is your point? ❓ |

When did I ever say Alampasu will not or never get a call? Please show me that one. B'cos I remember I said Alampasu was not deserving of a call over the likes of Yakubu and Tobias based on the erroneous "plays at highest level" bollocks you were singing. So stop yarning Rubbish and twisting to gain attention. You were arguing that Alampasu deserved a call ahead of Tobias and Yakubu b'cos he was playing at a higher level than them. I corrected it and said Yakubu is in Slovakia in a much better rated league than Latvia. And that Tobias is in Austria and primed to be promoted to LASK first team. And the truth is this... Tobias was under consideration for a good while. Yakubu was also mentioned but still watched from a distance. Alampasu came into the picture because Rohr is looking to move on quickly from Akpeyi. Alampasu came in for Akpeyi. I never quoted my sources on any Alampasu talks. I quoted them on Tobias and Yakubu and was 100% spot on. So say something else. And uhmmm accept my condolences on the release of your world class Number 10 Ajagun from Kortrijk. I am sincerely very sorry. Always the loud one. forgiveness: 2 Likes 1 Share |

komekn: Osimhen won the golden boot in the 2015 U-17 world cup. There was also a certain team in that tournament that had players from Man City, Chelsea, Everton, Stuttgart, Man Utd, Liverpool etc. Yet the same Osimhen - that played for a team that outshone these guys and ended up being the highest ever goalscorer in an U-17 world cup - would not have been qualified to play in the same academies that produced the "technically competent" players who could only manage a draw in 3 games. My mind is blown!! 18 Likes 3 Shares |

When Uzoho returns, then we will see the goalie that takes that third spot. Uzoho (who is not in camp) is still rated above every goalie in camp right now. The hierarchy in the Eagles Goalie position haven't changed. Uzoho is number 1. Okoye, Tobias, Alampasu and Yakubu will battle for the #2 and #3 slots. Ordinarily, Okoye is primed to be #2 but this Goalie war just got more interesting. Lol 2 Likes 2 Shares |

TheSuperNerd:I like that Yakubu guy, he's a sweeper playing goal keeper Like Pep likes his keepers, keepers who can pass the ball comfortably and clear where necessary like Neuer Na just height he no really get but he's a cool goal keeper. I wish to see him move away from Slovakia to France or somewhere he'd get good competition |
