Osimhen won the golden boot in the 2015 U-17 world cup. There was also a certain team in that tournament that had players from Man City, Chelsea, Everton, Stuttgart, Man Utd, Liverpool etc.

Yet the same Osimhen - that played for a team that outshone these guys and ended up being the highest ever goalscorer in an U-17 world cup - would not have been qualified to play in the same academies that produced the "technically competent" players who could only manage a draw in 3 games.
