In fridge or freezer?

Thanks ooo, hoping God will touch their hearts to do the transformer on time.

Freezer.

I wash, strain and portion in ziplock packs. It stays fresh and frozen till exhausted.

Once it defrosts, it becomes water sha grin

Amen to your transformer o!

Ah the normal grinder, that big one that makes so much noise, the one that the woman would be using stick to force the tomatoes inside grin

For the bolded, that one is no longer about foodstuff management, that is something else. grin grin

But what i can say is, if ice in the freezer melts after one day, maybe the freezer needs to be changed(i know it would cost money, but it would serve you better in the long run).
the small chest freezer i have here, it stays for 3 to 4 days before the ice melts completely [b]

I was actually asking about how the grounded tomatoes are dried but I believe its by boiling sha.

"Completely" is the key word , I won't take that risk of waiting for everything to turn to water.

As long as there is light, it stays frozen.

An average home monthly expenses:
Dstv 12k
Internet 20k
Maid 20k
Light 15k
Food stuff 150k
fuel 30k (assuming you have 1 car)
Total: 247k
No Rent, pocket money, School fees, tailor, Health, helping relatives or any luxury expenses. A lot of homes run on insha ALLAH because how much is the man earning? Keep in mind not everyone will have a white collar job or a thriving business. But these young folks will come online and tweet rubbish because they’re so out of touch with reality.

I can't agree less with your submission. I'm not married, but I can barely manage 150k for feeding and other small expenses. When you compare it to a family of 4-5, it's quite expensive to manage.

Yes, by boiling. We have an extra large pot for that.

Wetin you dey chop?? Only if you eat outside, then spending 150k and above for feeding as a single is justifiable.

I do eat out once in a while, but it's difficult managing that 150k.

This is true.. it's not supposed to 'completely' defrost even if turned off for a maximum of 24hrs.

Another trick is to avoid putting things like drinking water, beverages, or any stuff that will require you to constantly open the freezer to retrieve them.

All that opening will just make it defrost faster than necessary.

Wow so one should get a freezer for permanent storage and another that can be opened at will ( lemme add if light is not constant), I can't even count how many times I have opened the freezer today cry

Lol, I can sense your sarcasm but there is a point to that comment.

No such thing as permanent storage, the idea is to simply not open it too often especially when electricity is not constant, this will keep altering the temperature inside of it.

Things like bottled water (especially), soft drinks, beverages, snacks, etc, which you often need access to, don't need to be put inside a freezer...unless you're one of those people who just love drinking/eating cold freezing things.
Heck, I've seen people who prepare salad and put it inside a freezer – I still don't understand this particular disorder.

Personally, I don't drink anything cooler than room temperature when at home, unless I absolutely have to. Warm water is what I take after my meals.

Well said.
People should try Gotv. Honestly.
My mum was telling to buy a tv and Dstv. I told her I don't watch tv anymore, unlike when I was younger.
The only thing that brings me to tv is football. And streaming has taken over so, nothing concern me and tv for now.
People should learn to, Live within their means and cut out unnecessary expenditure.
And even if they have the means, throwing away money is wrong.
Please which site/app can I use to stream live football games without much hassle.
I no mind paying for subscription if it is reasonable.
I want to limit going to viewing centers and I can't afford the luxury of dstv for now

You can check google play store for "Live football tv" app.
Livescore app also streams matches, but I think its usually one match per weekend.

Also you can use this website "vipleague.lc" to watch matches.

I didn't mean to be sarcastic joor, I just asked the question as it came to my mind.

Its not a disorder now, I do the bolded when I need it to get chilled very fast( when you want to eat it immediately) and then remove before it freezes but if it will still take some hours before consumption then it goes into the fridge. I believe that's why you see people put in the freezer.

MTN has a N5k internet bundled for 30Gb. Except you mean N20k for the family.

N150k for food per month must be for a very large family.

Food is now very expensive however, this post COVID-19 world is time to cut costs.

Things can twist and turn at anytime.

What rubbish are the young folks tweeting though?
