And a person that owns a business makes 10 million dollars, with a profit of 1 million dollars, he would be forced to pay 300,000 if he reports it as income, but if he puts 650,000 back into the business, he would report 250,000 which is below the tax increase, that way that 750,000 is added to his business, his business becomes bigger. More workers and that affects the economy greatly but if they where tax cuts he would put his 1 million dollars in his pocket and pay the little tax and zoom off. I think you should understand now.
