andrewbaba44: I am not dissing Komekn and Balogun was called before he played for Wigan, he was on loan from Brighton and Hove and he was our best defender at the World cup qualifiers so why should he not be called? Now we have depth in quality in our defenders with players from Hoffeinheim, Fulham, Rangers and imagine calling a player from Sheffield Wednesday that may be fighting relegation from the Championship No be everytime Komekn, try to dey think for yourself 1 Like |

Subzero047: Oga World Cup qualifiers don pass Abeg ,any small thing Balogun na our best defender for World Cup qualifiers ,no be same Balogun omeruo send go bench for afcon ? And the one he managed to play he flopped self but we just overlook am Lol suddenly no more division 2 players because a certain iorfa plays there but when adaribioyo was there e Dey needed Rotherham was fighting relegation in the championship then when ajayi was invited nah Championship just start but you don already know who go fight relegation I hail your wisdom The person that refuses to think for him self is lead here for all to see just because of double standards |

Karlovich:Let’s be honest with ourselves, non of our current players can cement himself in the England squad, Ndidi and Osimhen might just make it occasionally but would struggle to be a key member of the team, but that doesn’t mean they’re a better team, one interesting thing about this current eagles is the dynamics at which they play as a team, it’s like a synergy of average players forming a great team, just like what we saw in Leeds Utd,the Aston villa vs Liverpool, Lyon of last season and Atalanta 1 Like |

andrewbaba44:its a hypothetical situation the first place, don't you get it, if ebuehi was born in England its unlikely he will be in twente. If those players were born in the Netherlands they wouldn't be in chelsea and arsenal 7 Likes |

andrewbaba44: Iorfa has been playing in the championship for 7 years now...if Rohr or any past super eagles manager rated him,he would have been called up long ago.. Komekn said it is loyalty and some bullshit that's been keeping him in the championship for 7 years now... Let me remind you, our current CB options are: Ekong Ajayi Balogun Omeruo Awaziem Akpoguma Upcoming ** Tonnoarigha Udokhai Adarabioyo . Iorfa needs to do something really amazing to get a call up anytime soon.. Ekong being a championship player doesn't take away the fact that he is the vice captain and one of the oldest and most trusted member of the squad... 2 Likes 1 Share |

Danielnino00: You saw where I said if he can do better in the championship why can’t he be called up as others players have been called up in the past ,I didn’t said he should he called up immediately and walk into the team |

Subzero047: I have argued with a lot of analyst about this ekong position is not safe, in our attack now the impetus behind the invitation of the strikers is Europe top 5 league I see desser and onuachu as a pretender the likes of maja, moffi and akodare are the main deal. There will be an evolution in the SE that the likes of ekong might phase out unless he moves to a team in Europe 5 league and play regularly I wonder how ekong will play when we have the likes of jordan, kelvin, tosin, udokhai playing for Hertha Berlin ,hoffenhim,Fulham,Augsburg respectively how on earth will these players be dropped for a Watford player second division 2 Likes |

andrewbaba44: He has to do more than better! He has to do very very well.. The competition for spot in the CB position is now strong.. A player that has spent all his professional career in the championship doesn't look like one likely to break into the team anytime soon... Look at Collins, his spot in the team is under threat now that we have Zaidu... Collins isn't a long time member of the team,so there's no guarantee for him..if he was still in the Budensliga, there might be no problem for him.. Like Sub-Zero said, it's about timing... At this moment,we have better CBs in better leagues.... 2 Likes |

Danielnino00: Colin will soon be phasing out we need 4 full backs Ehzibue and ebuehi are the trusted RB while sanusi and aina should take over the LB roles O pari we need quality players not mediocre and pretenders |
