Same thing democrats would have done if they controlled the Senate now, they have said it openly that the Senate shouldn't give ACB a hearing. Unfortunately for them, they don't control the Senate.

Lmao, we aren't shouting or did you see us complaining, let them do that. But don't complain come 2021 if dems get hold of both the presidency and senate, they would pack the courts with 4 liberal judges and you shouldn't complain, do we have a deal?

I'm not bothered about that because they won't control either the presidency or Senate in 2021.

Lmao, I showed you that it had 50 million cases, and 12,000 died and the funny thing it started 6 months after Obama became president, there was an economy meltdown going on at that moment, that was actually caused by republicans, he handled both simultaneously. But yeah he was a bad leader.

Was the swine flu outbreak as widespread or on the same scale with the current global coronavirus epidemic? That was my comment so if you are not showing me evidence that the swine flu was as widespread and on the same scale as covid-19, then I don't know what you are talking about.

So Thousands of Americans did not die from the H1N1 flu?
Could you be this clueless
Like 200,000? Or is there no difference?

I trust you are not clueless. If no more that the "Thousands of Americans" that died of the Obamavirus had died of the trumpvirus, would trump Nov3rd2000 win not be a landslide? If I said otherwise, would you not be laughing in my face?

this is for my beloved nl coons and cultists that formed mouth this week about the genesis of yankee being a Christian nation. proof loading that they considered our ancestors as sub-human work animals until Benjamin Banneker put slave owning President Thomas Jefferson in check. Many framers of the constitution were slave owners. Slavery continues to this day around the world including Naija.

I already knew about the swine flu, you didn't show me anything new. If you want to compare the deaths from the coronavirus with that of the swine flu then you must prove that they were equal in spread and scale. You must also prove that one is not more deadly than the other for it to be a fair comparison.

Because he can as the leader of the senate Majority and it is constitutional to do so. he is not obliged to appease you or the Dems, The GOP won the senate NEVER forget that, and they are doing as they please just like the dems did as they please under Obama when they used the nuclear option to Appoint a SCOTUS.

So cry me a river.

Imagine fornicating and having out of wedlock enslaved children with your female slave and being considered a practicing Christian.

Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings

A Brief Account

https://www.monticello.org/thomas-jefferson/jefferson-slavery/thomas-jefferson-and-sally-hemings-a-brief-account/

Thomas Jefferson
Establishing A Federal Republic

https://www.loc.gov/exhibits/jefferson/jefffed.html#:~:text=Although%20Thomas%20Jefferson%20was%20in,federal%20government%20through%20his%20correspondence.

Although Thomas Jefferson was in France serving as United States minister when the Federal Constitution was written in 1787, he was able to influence the development of the federal government through his correspondence. Later his actions as the first secretary of state, vice president, leader of the first political opposition party, and third president of the United States were crucial in shaping the look of the nation's capital and defining the powers of the Constitution and the nature of the emerging republic.

Jefferson played a major role in the planning, design, and construction of a national capitol and the federal district. In the various public offices he held, Jefferson sought to establish a federal government of limited powers. In the 1800 presidential election, Jefferson and Aaron Burr deadlocked, creating a constitutional crisis. However, once Jefferson received sufficient votes in the electoral college, he and the defeated incumbent, John Adams, established the principle that power would be passed peacefully from losers to victors in presidential elections. Jefferson called his election triumph “the second American Revolution.”

While president, Jefferson's principles were tested in many ways. For example, in order to purchase the Louisiana Territory from France he was willing to expand his narrow interpretation of the Constitution. But Jefferson stood firm in ending the importation of slaves and maintaining his view of the separation of church and state. In the end, Jefferson completed two full and eventful terms as president. He also paved the way for James Madison and James Monroe, his political protégés, to succeed him in the presidency.

You are just arguing with yourself. No one is debating with you who has the powers to nominate and who had the powers to appoint a SCOTUS. What people are debating is what reason did Mcconnell give for not screening the judge appointed by Obama, and what reason did the same McConnell give for wanting to screen the judge appointed by Trump now?

Are you now insinuating that hence forth, a Senate controlled by a party should never screen supreme Court justices appointed by a president from the opposition party?

You should ask Harry Reid that question when he introduced the "Nuclear Option" in 2013 when the Dems were the majority of in the Senate then.
He thought the Dems will be in charge of the Senate for every, Now The GOP is doing THE SAME THING the dems did, everyone is foaming in the mouth.

How does the nuclear option concern this sir? It was a shift of law from the usual 60% to 51% and in 2017 mcconel moved it to the Supreme Court nominations, showing it has favoured both parties

so what is the issue with it, did anyone complain?

I support you on that and against Speaker Pelosi because using the clause of 25th Amendment is not necessary because Trump will be humiliated on Nov 3rd. Why then is she talking about 25th Amendment clause. Americans will make their decision in less than 1 month and we know how that will turn out.
