It's not always about being selfish. I think it's actually against the ethics of some organizations to disclose your pay/salary.

Lol, those you see come here and ask for salary of agency must have probably paid for the job so to avoid bad belle that will castigate them for making part payment when the appointment letter is still in process it's best they ask their questions, get their answers and stfu. We have also seen instances here where pple ask questions about an agency and you say you tell them that you paid, boom next thing they call it fraud or fake. So bros don't be angry ehn. Na some people behavior here no dey make others speak out for ontop some agency Wey dey do replacement in particular.

Hi what if the name on bvn is different from the name the person applied with. e.g in the case where a lady applied with married name but bank name is still in maiden name.

These things needs to be corrected before going for capturing . You still won't be paid. Your bank details must tally with your BVN details. Name & DOB defers means no salary.

Go and do change of name, swear an affidavit and take it to the bank, with a valid ID card that has your new name. To avoid unnecessary spending, go to your bank and make inquiries.

go to your bank and tell them you want to change the date of birth in your BVN. You will be told to swear an affidavit in regard of that, and it will be changed, after a month or so. For NIN, they have requirements, ID card, 15k etc ( as of 2019) .

Make the BVN dob same with the NIN, it's easier & faster, takes week or so

You can know if an agency is recruiting when they advertise it or you get contact from inside that can inform you if they are recruiting/replacing.
