Good morning fam, pls how do i go about a rider that claimed he made a transfer to me but it’s 3 days now i have not been credited. I have called him to explain the situation but he said he can’t do 2 transfers claiming he has done it hence he is not going to do it again. I reached out to bolt about the situation and bolt said they have blocked him until he pays before they will unblock him. So early this morning i saw his chat that i reported him to bolt so therefore there is nothing he is going to do. I told him wen he pays they will unblock him. The funny part is i try to be civil in my conversation with him but the guy is very callous. The trip is from inside festac to ikeja, #4800. This is the first time since a year am in this work but never experienced it. Experience drivers can advice pls.
Is he on WhatsApp? Drop his contact.

This is one area Indriver stands out. You have the choice to go anywhere you want. And no penalty for not taking rides pushed to you unlike bolt and uber.
Olayetan:

You haven't picked some frustrated rider request, that's how someone requested me to orile iganmu and i politely said sorry ma'am, i don't go to that area, pls kindly request for another person.

The next thing that stupid rider said was, you guys are just so useless and stupid, i didn't even reply her, i just hanged up, swiped arriving now and waited for her to cancel, immediately she cancelled, i just went offline so the request won't come to me again.

Some riders won't understand we can't risk taking our cars to some bad roads, even if your car spoil on taking them there, they will leave u and move on with another car but when we reject such trip, they result to vulgar language...

Me i always take every request that enter my phone, but once i see the LGA you are going and its showing ajeromi ifelodun & apapa, i will pick but click arriving now and won't pick your call until you cancel or i click rider didn't show. I can't let anything affect my activity score....

Tha amount is huge bro. Always ensure you see their debit alert no matter the situation. I usually ask my rider some metres to the end of their trip if na transfer or cash. Onec it is transfer, never hesitate to end the trip and ask them to Begin the transfer. This is very easy to do on Indriver.

Honestly, what part of "Don't accept bank transfers" is hard to understand? Here's how I used to do it in those days:
Me: I'm ending your trip now. Here is it - your fare is #5,000.

Rider: Ok. [Brings out phone]. Give me your account number, let me transfer to you.

Me: Aahhh, I'm sorry, I can't use my account. Some yahoo boys have hacked it. I lost my phone 2 weeks ago. I'm sure that's what they used. They stole #50,000 from the account.

Rider: Oh, sorry about that. So what do we do now?

Me: We can use an ATM around. It won't take us up to 5 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks brother. Is there a specific way of booking for the training or simply booking an appointment as usual is sufficient and i tell them it is for training when I get there.

I want to avoid wasting time as those guys are somewhat haughty. I would like to use my break time within the next week.

Just go there tell the them you are a new driver. They will attend to you

Thanks

I just called him and ask him to report to festac police station, he now explain himself that you're the one that was not patient bla bla bla, and why will you report him to bolt, that he is very busy person, how can he go to police station because of 4k, that he will settle you this night.

If the pick up address is his resident, it will help with his arrest, he will find himself in court, by the time they arrest him, he will spend more in bail.

I have never use honda accord, i only try one Honda civic, the rest is Corolla.

But V6 might not be suitable, fuel consumption might be high, and it might not be driver's first choice, except u driving it yourself.

I think some people in my compound know but I don't send. I stay on community road akoka and I hardly take trips that are after 40something community road. So when I drive out of the compound and I face the other side instead of facing the way to pako at St finbers then the trip must be a juicy one to the island. I've cancelled alot of request from my compound.

The rider is a bloody liar. He was already notified of the reversal by the bank., so he shouldn't claim ignorance. What kind of busy is that? He has been eating food for the past three days, but cant do a transfer, somtin that won't take 3mins.

In addition, download your bank app on your phone.

For the cases of ladies ( who dont have shishi on them but like uber rides) who dey request for by third party.

And those who claim they don't have their ATM with them..

For the sake of emphasis and for the new guys on the block.

You can't turn left to Oniru road from lekki - Epe expressway facing Falomo bridge.

Only a driver who doesn't read signs on the road will still fall for this. All the marks are there. Good sharing though.
