I'll advise Norway, as it's more easy to fit in there than in South Korea and I also think that there are more blacks and more opportunities in Norway than in South Korea

In SK, at a point you would need to leave the country no matter how long you stay, Norway has more opportunities as it's easy to Integrate in Europe and human right is well respected, I can't say the same for Asia.
