I'm going to send you something because I've been in exactly the same situation (minus the rotten part. GOD FORBID). I kept on doing tests upon tests, swallowing different kinds of Malaria and typhoid medicines but instead of getting better, I got worse. My urine turned red and I felt like a living dead. After many months of this nonsense, nobody told me to run 440 to a private clinic to get treated. It turns out I had 'resistant malaria' or whatever. The doctor said all these malaria drugs being sold are either fake, substandard or the parasites have developed resistance. I spent tens of thousands treating myself but good health is more valuable than silver and gold.

You should get yourself to a proper hospital and stop all these self medication before you drop dead. I speak from painful experience.

Exactly. You just described my situation right now. They told me same thing about that resistant malaria thing. To the extent my urine turned greenish yellow or something like that. This year alone I've treated this typhoid/malaria thing upto five times, before I now met this pharmacist who explained these things to me and said I'll have to follow the process of test-treat-test-treat. Meaning, I'll do test to check for typhoid/malaria parasites, then he'll give me drugs. One week after taking the drugs, I'll go for another test to know if the parasites are still there and also check the level. I did the first test, he gave me drugs, did the second test which indicated that the malaria parasites are now absent, remaining the typhoid parasite which has also reduced. So he gave me some drugs again which I just finished taking few days ago (I still have the pack sef, I can post it if you want) and said I should go for another test one week after(which is tomorrow). This is to make sure that the typhoid parasites are no longer there again.
It was in the middle of taking all these drugs, drips and injections that this one started. Took some garlics for some days thinking it'll get better and reduce the pains and discharge, but rather it keeps getting worse. I came here with the hope that I might get someone to help, because I exhausted the little I had on this typhoid/ malaria case, because it has really dealt with me.

I wanted to go to the lab where I do the tests, but some people here suggested it's better I go to a government hospital to see a doctor and get a proper treatment. I've not been to that government hospital before (Gwarinpa General Hospital,FCT, Abuja), which is the closest government hospital to my place, and it's quite some distance from my place (I stay at Dei-dei Gwagwa, Tasha 1 axis). So, if I'm able to get anything from here, I'll go to the hospital first thing tomorrow, and and update here. I promise to post everything, from the card, report, tests results, drugs, everything, I'll post it here.

i believe you have passed through NYSC, you should know NCCF family house members will always get help in any case of a corper being stranded.

NCCF is the second body representing the collection of all Protestant churches and each corper is well taking care of after camping by both NACC and NCCF even when they come back to resume. talkless of an outgoing corper who is stranded.

I know things are tough due to unemployment and hunger. Me myself I am passing through this phase but be honest with yourself, "what happens after they send you this money?" what problems will lying to get stipends solve? you too think about it.

Not once. I wrote everything in my post that's on first page. Or you can read my reply to ishi.. love to get what I'm saying. I promise to upload everything here, from the hospital card, tests results, drugs, everything, I'll post it here. I'm not lying. I have no reason to. Why will someone even lie about their health? Anyone living in Abuja can comfirm the locations I gave. I can also give the name of the lab and pharmacy I visited for the typhoid/malaria tests and treatment. I'm ready to do anything it is you people want me to do to show that I'm real and that I'm not lying, anything at all. I can post pictures of the last pack of drugs I finished taking few days ago. Anything at all, I'm ready to do it. I just want to well and free from all these pains.

Nothing like that at all. Far from it. I would have posted the hospital's account details so that the money will be sent to them directly, but I've not to the hospital before, and that's the closest government hospital to where I stay (Gwarinpa General Hospital, FCT, Abuja). If I'm able to get little money from here, I'll go there, get card, pay consultation fee (I'm going to pay), get doctor's report, do the necessary tests, then I'll collect their account details and post here, so that anyone that wants to help can do so. Or I'll just get card, pay consultation fee/ get doctor's report, then collect their account details and post here before doing any test. If it's better that way, I'll do it.

So among your married elder sister, elder brother, the sister who finished with NYSC , your elder sister doing her Masters in Ondo State and your other brother (don't know if younger or older) and your mum, none could raise the money for you to go see a doctor in a government hospital?
