Please let's forget this Maduka and Alampasu talk. I can see this debate is becoming tribalist. Whoever features tonight, we wish him all the best.

Cristiano Ronaldo tested positive for coro. I think Italian serie A should be temporarily suspended.

actually he was barely tested against the Brazilians.

no body is saying Okoye can't play for the SE the clamor is for fairness to be applied in respect of the other goalkeepers in camp. let us see with our korokoro eyes whether they are good or not.

He did what he had to do well against Brazil.

The coach is probably not confident about starting others for now.

Maduka was not invited because of social media activities. Rohr wanted to add depth to the goalkeeping area and Maduka was a young goalie playing regularly for fortuna under 23. He had already contacted Maduka the year before and Maduka indicated interest in playing for us.

Maduka is part of the team mainly due to the fact that our gk department is weak. He has done very well so far.

Let's not forget. He is just 21. Not football age 21. Proper 21. He can only get better.
which week when there was Eyimba gk wat about Osigwa

Bascovanveli is correct. Alampasu played for the under 23 before he was released.

But. He also had a period of inactivity when he was not playing at all.

okay sir
I was confused coz it was not on transfer market

Why the extra spice? The question was did he play U23 games for the club. Why do u guys love to twist the narrative?

U didn't look at the transfer market when u said he had played 6 matches in 5 years ooo. Just remember that all these people are Nigerian.

This debate over Okoye is fruitless. The boy has delivered for the SE, simple and short. I don't care if he plays in Turkmenistan's 87th Division. This is a guy who held his own against a Brazilian team featuring some of the finest players in the game. Just recently he held out heroically against the incessant onslaught of the African champions in a game where his midfield and defence (save Balogun) was virtually non existent.

Maduka Okoye is our best keeper available, case closed.
what we are saying is ,give others a chance to prove themselves too

Why?

Shutting down the league won't and can't stop the spread, I thought, we should know this by now?

Spice? Is it true or not that Alampasu was inactive for an extended period of time and also was clubless when Maduka was called to the team.

Oga mi so u want our dear Osimhen to catch koro? These players too are human now and they don't want to fall sick. Soccer is a highly physical sport and there's no way the infection won't be spread amongst the players. Don't forget they also have a lot of support staff working with them and who make contact with the players too.

Akpoguna has never been a CB. He is a right back. Get your facts right.
Danielnino00:

Likewise Aina.. But Akpoguma is primarily a CB..
We already have Awaziem and Shehu being used as makeshift RBs add to natural RBs like Ebuehi and Aina..

I think it would make more sense for Akpoguma to start at CB and Aina RB..

Kevin at RB, again!

Okay oooooooo
rohr and all dis his experimentation is getting too much...why strt ajayi wen u hv a natural dm on d bench, why invite him if u r gonna b starting a center bk in his position. i just hope wateva he does works Tonite cos losing bk to bk against d north africans won't b good for our ranking at all especially against d tunisians who are already ranked ahead of us

His normal position is CB. He plays RWB for hoffeinheim but his default position is CB.

Does he have to make several saves to hold his own?

He dealt with everything that he had to deal with well.

He was tested and we have seen what he can deliver. The same way we need to see the others too. This is a friendly match and not a qualification game. Unless Rohr wants force the hands of Sparta coach by selling Okoyes qualities to him.
This is not the time to experiment with the goalkeeping dept. We have qualifier to play next month so okoye need this match to gain more confidence.

Patrick Owomoyela committed to Nigeria, during the process of acquiring a passport he was called up by Rudi Völler and that was the end of it. Komekn has been told the reason it takes longer for English born players but he's still doubting, it took more than a year for Emmanuel Frimpong to switch to Ghana, he should just chill

Told by whom the English FA or FIFA

I have already put paid to that nonsensical proposition without any iota of substance.
