You can imagine by 2025 we'll be having a high speed train(from jkia) we'll be having the biggest shipyard/navy base in Africa(with Egypt and South Africa), we'll be having modern commuter rails, brt and proper ultra modern stations(which is currently in place) we'll be having the tallest apartment in africa(88 condominium ), well be having one of the biggest source of energy (coal) if the project materialize in time....

I had known cote D'ivoire and Namibia as countries which were developed by French colonies and were left stagnant up to date, no mega project can projects their dominance in future.

when I hear Rwanda or Namibia I just get tired. Those are overrated miniscule countries. Namibia was developed by their colonies and left it stagnant. A small section of Rwanda, Kigali to be precise is clean. Move past there and all the narrative will change.
