I am not even worried about what the Republicans are planing to do with Obama care. If the Supreme court strike it down and Democrats win the white house and Senate majority, they will simply repackage the bill and pass it again.

But I also support the noise Dems are making about the confirmation... So that American people know what is at stake and vote for Dems at all level. I think that is the political secret Amy klobuchar was talking about yesterday.
