I use tankless instant hot shower for my ensuite room right now and I plan to do same in my build. since we are moving away from bath tubs.

Our major problem is leadership. We just need to do away with the old generation and start working with young and innovative minds (18 - 55) should be it if we want to see meaningful development.

The 55 - 100+ should start playing the role of John the Baptist.

All i see is that we need to help ourselves buy going back to training adequately in all areas of profession. Experiment more like you are trying to do. Those of us Abroad needs to visit home more and TRANSFER Skill set to our brothers and sister. We cant stay too long to fit anything in Nigeria with our 2weeks vacation, but we can do a week training for free and our smart people can take it from there.

oh yeah CnC is the way to go in building models and samples. I left that in the shelf for now u till I be like Egunmogaji. However I'm improving my knowledge base on that matter and experimenting at my free time how it would work in 9ja..I'm at wrk atm and will soon close thank God no Beeps no alarms so I did not have to go tools container ���

As far as possible. Same goes for water wells. But as you are choosing sides, check with your neighbor's to see if their own soakaway over the fence is not at your preferred borehole or water well side .

Hello everyone, Please who knows a general rough estimate of how much it will cost to finish a 3 bedroom and 2 room self contain from DPC level to roofing level.
