I’ve seen many post about GSD here, and I wish to add my little experience about my GSD for new dog owners.

I joined the league of dog owners at about 6months ago, I decided to start with GSD, but never knew we have various types of GSD as at then. Let me say only luck singled me out to get the right dog and it was through this platform I got my dog update.

Before getting a dog, I had always want a large socially dog, so I won’t have to keep explaining to everyone that my dog is aggressive, I believe the size alone should do that.
Below are up to date pictures of the said dog from puppy till date, with the food combinations.

First pic: the day she was brought home

Third pic: 4months older

At four months, I was already complaining my dog is not big enough despite feeding her with chicken legs and head every morning then can foods night, little did I know that she’s getting bigger I just didn’t notice yet, not until she clocked 5months

Yes that was the day I took the pictures, the picture is barely a week old

About her temperament:

She’s barks at you when seeing you for the first time, if you are courageous enough to ignore her, you have your ticket to my house anytime, but once you show a sign of fear, any day anytime you come around, na so so barking oooo.

When hungry she barks too, same as when angry

About her maintenance :

I mostly feed her with
Crushed indomie mixed with chicken, she’s wouldn’t eat without any meat, until she’s starved to stupor. Sometimes I force her to eat without meat or chicken.

She also love Eba, or any swallow mixed with can Gesha. She also crave for yam, wish I myself don’t normally eat so that’s always the last option to feed her with. She drank bornvital with milk and sugar, plus bread.

All fruits thrown at her is a goal.

Drugs used on her till date:
Apart from the vaccination,
She takes this multivitamins, I’ve dewormed her twice and give her cold liver oil daily to work on her coat color.

She bath minimum of twice a week
