Can NNPC justify issuance of appointment Letters at this time?

would they come on twitter like they did in February and announce that they are issuing letters for employment?

there will be mass retirement of staff at nnpc between May to November 2020. So anticipate additional recruitment, while pending the outcome of current one.

A dude that actually predicted this as far back as in January? Dude, please where are you?
