I need to make the initial school fees deposit, then I'll be sent documents to start the visa process. I'll make the deposit by Friday. If I start the visa process by end of November, can I still meet up February 8, 2021 deadline? The delay till November is due to the blocked account processes and even raising the 10k euros.

Firstly be sure if they allow refund I doubt they will refund though. spending money when there is no visa interview date is a waste, my advice is apply for other free tuition University for summer and book for summer now. Admission nor be problem, interview date is. Or look for another EU country, the German matter no pure again. Your choice to make.

You might be able to use your complete transcript to substitute for it pending when it arrives...

You can still apply for scholarships for living expenses, they are often small but would go a long way.
A 2:1 is good to get the admission unless it's very competitive and had lots of applicants (which is unlikely at PG levels). To buttress your chances, have a great motivation letter.

Please don't waste your money because getting a date for interview is not certain again. Look for school where you won't pay school fees. Getting an admission is very easy like A B C D but getting a date for interview is a miracle especially when you are not a scholarship student or PHD student. If getting free admission in a free tuition schools is hard for you, please read the previous part and you can also contact the gurus in this group or you can contact me for more information. Don't waste your money instead give it out to the poor around you.

My course at University of Cologne had planned to be hybrid but yesterday, I got the timetable and an email that classes are set to be online due to the increasingly difficult situation.
Here are my concerns:
I have been sent a Letter of Required Presence much earlier which I also submitted at the embassy as part of my application documents. My interview was 7th October but with this change in mode of study, I hope it doesn't result in denial as I am yet to hear from the embassy.

After applying for health insurance via TK. They sent two documents to submit to the university though they are German written. Did you submit the both like that, cos one of the certificate have boxes to tick and the mail states you should not add anything even your signature. Do I submit empty like that. No vex, my brain is not with me at the moment.

The difference is that you have to upload proof of funds while applying for admission in Norway. Unlike here that you can apply without showing any funds till later @the embassy
